1. In case the Avg. performance rating is coming above 2.5, the employee will be confirmed

and the confirmation letter will be uploaded on CresConnect.

2. In cases wherein the Avg. performance rating is below 2.5, HR will conclude the case

after consulting with the respective reporting Manager and BU Head.
