Recommend an Award

(Please read before submitting Recommendation)

Note on Recommendation:

• Ensure the Recommendation is aligned with the criteria as mentioned
• Provide justification in 8-10 lines for the recommendation
• Client Citation is good to have
• Each Recommendation is reviewed & approved on merit of each case by Approving Authority, post which HR will share the Award with the Employee.
• You are advised not to share the recommendation with any other individual apart from BU Head or HR before above due diligence.
• You may mention a category not covered under the Awards List in "Others".

CLIENT RECOGNITION AWARD

This award provides recognition to employees who provide exemplary service to our customers. Nominee goes above and beyond by displaying a positive attitude, even under the most difficult circumstances, which impacts the internal/external customer experience.

Individual has repeatedly delivered exceptional customer service.

Nominee goes above and beyond by eliminating barriers for customers by effectively and efficiently communicating, collaborating, and addressing customer needs.

STAR CLUB AWARDS

The Star Club Awards are awarded round the year and recognizes employees for exceptional accomplishments and demonstrated behaviours that are aligned to the Mission, Vision and Values of the Organization. Some of them being, Wowing the Customer, provides on-going high-quality performance, handles difficult situations and assignments well, personifies dependability etc.

Rock Star: All the employees who receive more than 1 STAR in the year

Hall of Fame: All the employees who receive 3 Stars or More STARS in the year.
